Jeannine RossMy story is simple. I began my weight loss in july 2011. Thinking I needed to kick the sugar habit turned into loosing extra pounds once I stepped on the scale. I started this diet to support my mother in her weight loss after two knee replacements in 2011.

At my first weigh in I realized I needed to loose more than a few pounds. I had family members who have been on this protocol and I had seen the results first hand. I was skeptical of the rapid weight loss methods and possible product ingredients. Kind of like the “get rich quick always fail”.

After a seminar, I quickly learned why this method successful. It’s based on science. After going to the gym for four months 5-6 times a week and watching what I was putting into my mouth I lost a big 4 lbs! I was ready start a plan that showed results and start feeling great! In july of 2011 I decided to try it out. Was I shocked when the diet that seemed doable was now my favorite and most effective method I have ever used.

In just 8 short weeks I was down 20.5 lbs and decreased my body fat by 6%! now that I feel great, have my energy back, look vibrant, feel strong, I decided to bring this great news to my community. I am passionate to help others achieve weight loss and health goals and live longer healthier lives. We only get one body during our short stay on earth. The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
